Certification and Fee Structure:
$650.00 Association,
Training and Certification Fee (ATC fee). Due at joining AAN.
(Can pay $350 up front. Then $300 lump sum within next two months. Or....
can pay balance of $300 monthly over next 12 months at $25 per month...
But must
add an extra $25 payment (grand total $325.00 as additional fee for the
monthly
payment extension plan).
Ongoing once per year
Continuing Association & Certification fee of $300.00 due
on your annual recruit date each year. If do not pay can lose your association
and
level status. Means: Can lose your chance to collect monthly lower levels
appraisals
fees & bonus....Can also lose association and certification from AAN.
$10.00 per each appraisal
goes to home office every month for prior month.
$10 Appraisal Fee Break
Down:
$3 per appraisal goes
to you for your referrals appraisals.
$5 per appraisal goes to advertising, sales and marketing, bonus programs,
etc.
$2 per appraisal goes to the Home Office for overall business management
and front
office maintainence.
Tier Levels
& Referral Fee/Bonus Structure Within Auto Appraisal Network
Level One: Associated
and Certified Appraiser within AAN.
Receives fees from clients for doing appraisals in the field.
Level Two: Level One
with referred, paid and approved appraisers. Receive one
time $60.00 referral fee for each referred paid active appraisers. Becomes
an area
team leader. Additionally receives $3 per referred paid active appraisers
appraisals.
Level Three: Level
Two with 30 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes an area senior team leader status. Additionally receives $3.50
per referred
paid active appraisers appraisals.
Level Four: Level Three
with 40 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes an area supervisor status. Additionally receives $4.00 per referred
paid
active appraisers appraisals.
Level Five: Level Four
with 50 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes an area senior supervisor status. Additionally receives $4.50
per referred
paid active appraisers appraisals.
Level Six: Level Five
with 60 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes an area manager status. Additionally receives $5.00 per referred
paid
active appraisers appraisals.
Level Seven: Level
Six with 75-100 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes an area senior manager status. Additionally receives $5.50 per
referred
paid active appraisers appraisals.
*This is the highest level for per appraisal down line per appraisal fees
paid*
Level Eight: Level
Seven with 125-150 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes a director status. Receives Level Seven $5.50 per referred paid
active
appraisers appraisals plus home office bonus of 3% of home office appraisal
fee
portion. See home office for details.
*This level receives highest level per appraisal downline per appraisal
fees paid, plus
a home office bonus paid monthly*
Level Nine: Level Eight
with 175-200 active and paid appraisers.
Becomes senior director status. Receives Level Seven $5.50 per referred
paid
active appraisers appraisals plus home office bonus of 4% of home office
appraisal
fee portion. See home office for details.
*This level receives highest level per appraisal downline per appraisal
fees paid, plus
an increased home office bonus paid monthly*
Level Ten: Level Nine
with 250 or more active and paid appraisers. *This is the
highest level attainable in AAN* Becomes divisional senior director status.
Receives
Level Seven $5.50 per referred paid active appraisers appraisals plus
home office
bonus of 5% of home office appraisal fee portion. See home office for
